inclusive growth of the economy is a multifactorial and multilevel process which basis 
is the economy of maximum employment and interaction of all subjects in the context 
of the society’s human development. Efforts consolidation of the scientific, 
governmental, society’s business circles  in the complex solution of methodological, 
strategic and tactical problems of the national innovation system formation is able to 
improve the innovative model of the country's development, to ensure an increase in 
the rates of economic growth, to accelerate and facilitate the processes of Ukraine’s 
European integration in the context of inclusive innovation activity.
