take the hand of a friend. The importance of pedagogical supervision of an active game
and developing of children's abilities to lose by result during of the active game is
revealed.
The eighteenth section “METHODOLOGICAL BASES FOR DIGITAL
COMPETENCE FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS UNDER CONDITIONS
OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: UKRAINIAN CONTENT”. The article reveals the
methodological principles in creating the digital competency of prospective teachers in
the context of inclusive education. It has been proved that competence approach
implies the forming of both theoretical and practical knowledge while using
information technologies, hence it is a tangent to forming professional readiness of a
teacher. The learning process is aimed at the formation and development of prospective
specialists in the conditions of inclusive education orienting on the usage of the
mentioned technologies. The research is aimed at justification of innovative
approaches in creating and applying electronic educational platforms to help
prospective teachers prepare for their professional activity in the context of inclusive
education. The terms ”inclusive informative space” and ”inclusive digital
environment” are clarified. They are considerate as integral, and imply the following:
digital technologies with their system and special software, a person who is both a
subject and an object of informational influence, specialists, and the closest social
surrounding. The given research proves that the usage of information technologies in
preparing prospective teachers improves the quality and accessibility of education in
general. However, it should be mentioned that potential specialists require higher
competence in using the above mentioned technologies while working with
intellectually disabled children.
The nineteenth section “METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLE OF FORMING
THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE OF THE MORE SCHOOL SCHOOLS
IN THE NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL”. In accordance with the tasks of reforming
the school education in Ukraine, the peculiarities of conducting lessons of the
language-literary educational branch in elementary school are revealed. On the basis
of the analysis of modern psychological and pedagogical literature, a conclusion is
made about the scientific principles of forming the communicative competence of
junior pupils at the New Ukrainian School. Considering that the development of
communicative competence as one of the most important for a person's life needs to be
carried out against the background of such priorities of the New Ukrainian School as
the implementation of pedagogy of partnership, recognition of the child's talent and
value, formation of moral and ethical values, outlines the main methodological
provisions for effective teaching of native and foreign languages, literary reading.
