are the instrument of expedients’ and recipients’ self-identification, cultural
peculiarities of their communities, it has been investigated the concept of both folk and
author songs. It has been studied the personality in the frame English lyrics. According
to personal and impersonal models, it has been distinguished the most productive
subjects and convergation within one text. In this turn folk songs represented in the
context of Pittsburg Speech demonstrates wide range of language features, actualized
by phonetic phenomena, lexical units and grammar structures which are specific. The
instrument of self-identification and of the Pittsburg citizens’ unicity.
The twenty-seventh section “INDIVIDUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL
PECULIARITIES OF DIVORCED WOMEN AND WOMEN FROM NORMATIVE
FAMILIES”. The article deals with individual psychological peculiarities of divorced
women and women from normative families, namely: personal qualities in the R. B.
Kettell’s 16PF questionnaire, the way out of difficult life situations, the frequency of
use and the severity of the mechanisms of psychological protection. It is determined
that divorced women have the distribution of the levels of solution of life problems
occurs more or less evenly with the advantage of a high level. Women of normative
families have a high level of ability to solve life problems and maintain a mental
balance. Analysis of the stresses of psychological protection showed that both groups
have problems associated with the psychological protection of substitution and
negation. Comparative analysis of the indicators of women from normative families
and divorced showed a significant difference in the indicators: the exit from difficult
life situations, negation, insularity-open mind, emotional stability, courage-timidity,
credulity-suspiciousness, practicality-dreaminess, anxiety-rest, self-control, tension-
enervation, anxiety-adaptation, intro-extraversion, subordination-independence.

“PSYCHOLOGICAL
TRAINING
OF
VOLUNTEERS FOR WORK WITH WITNESSES IN COURT”. The article
introduces the results of developments on psychological training technology of law
students working as volunteers in court. The international project on the preparation
and organization of volunteer workers in the court is carried out with the assistance of
the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE). The need for the
project implementation in Ukraine caused by low turnout of witnesses in court.
According to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, witnesses are summoned to attend the
court. During the court hearing, lawyers of the victim and the accused parties,
prosecutors, judges etc. can ask questions to the individuals acting as witnesses in
criminal cases. For various reasons (for example, fear, uncertainty, intention to avoid
pressure from lawyers, victim empathy etc.), witnesses often do not come to court or
change their statements during court proceedings. Due to the fact that witnesses in a
criminal case do not appear in court, the case is postponed, court proceedings are
