which arose as a result of the achievements of science and technology of the second
half of the twentieth century, has become a phenomenon of modern information
exchange. Modern electronic communications are increasingly affecting socio-
economic, socio-political and cultural relations in society. Being a product of
innovative technology, they are programmed by society to further improve and use
them. The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence of electronic
communications as an innovative management tool. The types and peculiarities of the
use of electronic communications in the management of a modern enterprise /
institution / organization are investigated; The main principles of the use of certain
types of modern electronic communications in management are considered. The results
of the research can be useful for specialists in the field of management,
communications, documentary and information activities, and all those interested in

The thirtieth section “RESEARCH OF THE IMPACT OF PACKAGING
MATERIALS AND RECIPE INGREDIENTS FOR THE CONSERVATION OF THE
CONSUMPTION PROPERTIES OF GINGERBREADS, CEREAL PUFFS AND
DRY BREAKFASTS DURING THEIR STORAGE”. The article deals with the
influence of various factors on the preservation of consumption properties of new
products. There was studied the dynamics of changes in organoleptic parameters of
quality, moisture content and peroxide number of the developed products during their
storage, as well as their best before date was established. There was shown the
dependence between chemical composition, type of packing material, conditions and
term of storage of gingerbreads, cereal puffs and dry breakfasts. The efficiency of using
polypropylene bags for deceleration of oxidative processes and moisture loss in
gingerbreads was proved. There was established the expediency of using multilayer
film materials – polyethylene terephthalate film (PET), cast polypropylene and biaxial
oriented metallized polypropylene GM-200 (BOPP) during the storage of cereal puffs
and dry breakfasts.
