Coordination of actions of public authorities and local government bodies in
the issues of labour market and employment regulation.
Of course, the above-mentioned analysis of the sectoral structure of employment
in Ukraine does not provide a comprehensive understanding of the changes taking
place. The paper is an attempt to identify and draw attention to the key aspects in the
structural transformations in employment, to emphasize the importance of such studies.
Such issues as distribution of employees by professions and the level of education
depending on the distribution by sectors, inter-sectoral outsourcing of employment,
and identification of links between sectoral structure and economic growth and other
require further study in the context of this problem. These issues are a perspective
direction for our further research.
