volume becomes not the main but moral orientation of both educational information
and all activities of the child.
Another trend is the recovery in the educational process of play of the rights of
children's play activities, the widespread use game methods of training not only in
preschool education, but also in elementary school, as evidenced by the concept of the
new Ukrainian schools (NUSH). Teachers, focusing on the skills of the XXI century,
declared at Davos forum, trying to build the educational process with children so that
they develop critical thinking, communication skills, teamwork skills, make decisions
and take responsibility for them. To do this, they create game situations requiring
immediate decision-making, rapid communications, situation assessment and
responsible action.
Particular attention is paid to active games. Teachers of preschool educational
institutions increase the time for active games in children’s daily routine, arrange
outdoor activities, conducting games, relay races and sports. Movement brings a lot of
joy to a child, she feels great satisfaction from muscular sensations, outdoor games and
shared positive emotions enrich the feeling of belonging to a common understanding
between the group and its members.
Besides the fun of collective interaction, moving activity and excercising in the
basic movements (walking, running, jumping, throwing, climbing, walking in balance),
during such activities children train the will, teach to concentrate, to act on the signal.
Active games and competitive nature games, with proper supervision of their teacher
favour to develop the best moral qualities of preschoolers.
It is natural for a child to have a desire to win. Naturally there is a violent
expression of the joy of the received victory. But still, children have to learn to
understand the feelings of other players, and the ability to empathize, to consider the
needs and interests of others. Team competitions teach them responsibility,
understanding of the importance of unity of effort, supporting team and friendship.
Independently preschool children are not able to understand the feelings of others.
The development of empathy – is a long process that happens spontaneously. Only
under the tactful supervisin of the adult children can learn to notice and understand the
emotional state of others. Noticing is the first step to focusing more on feelings of the
others rather than your own. Understanding of others is might be the most important
human skill that motivates to action. Reacting with an action for changing of negative
emotions to positive ones and strengthen the positive emotion is the ability of a moral
person.
Using the potential of the most favourite type of games for children of preschool
age, active games to create empathy - the ability to feel others, new direction in
studying the effect of games on an identity formation in pre-school development
period. From teachers of preschool education institutions, this requires rethinking of
