support, which is the basic condition for the formation of emotional intelligence in
preschool age that develops throughout childhood.
We believe that active sports games, popular active games and dances contribute
to the formation of empathy in children of preschool age, provided competent
pedagogical teacher. If the teacher joins the game firstly as a player, then shows
children the model of emotional perception and expression of emotions, examples of
friendly support during the game and at its end, skillfully selects the hosts of the game,
teaches children to distribute the role, conducts reflection in order to form empathy -
pupils, following it and in the future to apply this knowledge in self-activity. To
organize the game independently, shouting friendship rhymes will comfort those who
have lose and rejoice in the victory of the other. These qualities are needed in an adult
life. However, their foundation is laid in early childhood, the leading form of activity
– game.
