METHODOLOGICAL BASES FOR DIGITAL COMPETENCE
FORMATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS UNDER CONDITIONS OF
INCLUSIVE EDUCATION: UKRAINIAN CONTENT
Introduction. Modern society is marked by rapid development of information
and communication technologies used in all spheres of human life. The process of
education informatization has been taking on increasing importance, it is considered to
be a purposefully organized process of methodological, technological, practical,
scientific, pedagogical, educational and methodical development. It is focused on
putting into practice all the potential of information and communication technologies
used in comfortable and health care conditions [6].
The main directions of modern education informatization are: the use of
information and communication technologies in teaching process in order to ensure
maximum development of intellectual potential of pupils; information activity and
interaction of educational purposes; education management in local and global
computer networks; psychological and pedagogical diagnosis of pupils' level of
knowledge with the help of computer testing programs, etc [7]. The rapid growth of
information technologies has brought about enormous changes in educational process,
namely the need for training and educating competent specialists who will be
successful in working with computer technologies and be able to create his/her own
educational software product.
Thus, informatization in training teachers is considered to be an important
component of their professional competence. Scientific research and practice in the
field of application of information and communication technologies in the tuition
process of schools proved the fact about strong correlation between the level of future
teachers’ training and effectiveness of the implementation of their methodological
developments that are aimed at developing each pupil's personality, the intensification
and intellectualization of educational activities, as well as the use of modern methods
of collecting, processing and transmission information under conditions of modern
school.
The normative guidelines for solving this problem are: the Law of Ukraine "On
Education", "On Informatization", the National Strategy for Education Development
in Ukraine, and others. The mentioned documents determine the important directions
and tasks of education informatization, and hence the training of future teachers to use
