In remedial education the methodology of application of information technologies
in the education system of different specialists has been researched and developed, the
types of electronic tools – electronic libraries of visual materials, interactive models of
practical work of a teacher with children, virtual practices of examination and
correction work have been substantiated, general principles for various special profiles
have been developed and designed [3]. The suggested methodological approach has
been successfully implemented in electronic tools for training and improving the skills
of speech therapists [3]. The effectiveness is proved to increase the formation of
professional competence of teachers, speech therapists under conditions of using
virtual libraries, interactive models of interaction with the child and his family, virtual
professional practices, etc. However, the modern approach to education requires
research on applying information technology in the system of forming future teachers’
readiness to professional career in the inclusive educational environment, the
development and application of electronic tools for the formation of professional
competence, the willingness to apply knowledge in working with a child with mental
problems in inclusive education.
We take into account the fact that the teacher must also have knowledge about the
peculiarities of children’s development, to be competent and able to conduct
pedagogical diagnosis and to use the results of child’s examination in order to
determine remedial tasks for training, be competent of individual development
programs and be ready to escort children around, etc. However, at the present stage, in
order to put into practice mentioned skills, the important task is to create modern
technological tools and form digital competence of future teachers.
The aim of the research work: to substantiate and suggest approaches to create
electronic educational platforms for training future teachers under conditions of
inclusive education.
Objectives of the research work:
- analyze and substantiate the process of forming the digital competence of future
teachers and the peculiarities of using acquired skills in practical work with problem
children;
- develop approaches to design electronic educational platforms in the information
environment of modern schools, taking into account the peculiarities of inclusive
education.
The methodological basis of the research work was grounded on:
- the leading role of learning in children’s development (L. Bozhovych,
L. Vygotsky, P. Galperin, A. Zaporozhets, A. Leontiev, S. Rubinshtein);
- a complex approach to the implementation of remedial and pedagogical work
(L. Zankov, N. Kuzmina-Syromiatnikova, M. Pevzner, M. Perova, B. Pusanov,
A. Khilko, V. Eck and others);
