IMPROVEMENT OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRECAST AND
PRECAST-CAST-IN-PLACE BUILDING PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
Introduction. The problem of the resource-saving buildings erection remains
relevant in the construction industry to date. Among the reasons for its existence should
be noted the use of imperfect constructive systems and labor-intensive technological
processes of work, a low mechanization level of technological processes for the
production of building structures and materials, a high level of buildings material
consumption, the use of outdated architectural and planning solutions. All this
contributes to the exacerbation of the social problem, which is manifested in the
inaccessibility of comfortable housing for a large part of the Ukraine population
because of its high cost. It is especially acute in the conditions of the population.
One of the ways to solve this problem is to improve the process of erecting
residential buildings through technical measures, in particular, introducing into the
technology of their erection effective frame structural systems made of reinforced
concrete, which are characterized by both a minimum set of prefabricated elements and
significant opportunities to accelerate the construction time of buildings. The
introduction of these systems is also guaranteed to create conditions for improving the
energy efficiency of buildings. External self-bearing walls in frame systems, as a rule,
support on the edges of the floor disks, while the columns of the external row frame
are located in the thickness of the external walls, which can be either single-layer of
cellular stones or specially designed small-piece multi-layer reinforced concrete blocks
with high heat transfer resistance. In this case, the walls can be arranged simultaneously
with the erection of the frame and used as formwork and scaffolding when external
girders concreting. It also helps to ensure the joints tightness of the walls with floors
and allows you to accelerate the construction speed. When using hinged three-layer
panels, a decrease in the rate of external wall installation can be observed.
Modern structural systems of buildings also contribute to the wide production
industrialization of their individual elements in precast concrete plants, leading to
