point of view, is the method, such as the "Venn Diagram", created on the basis of
interactive teaching methods offered by American scholars (Dzh.Styl, K.Meredit,
C.Temple). The essence of this method is as follows: the students are asked to compare
certain notions or heroes of the work, to find their common and distinctive features,
and after two minutes of independent work to create group charts for further
consideration in the class.Y. Yavdoshenko, a teacher at Lyceum No. 2 in Vovchanska,
Kharkiv region, described the following interactive methods of teaching the Ukrainian
language, such as "borrowing position", "brain attack", "two-four-all together".
According to I. Yavdoshenko, the method of "borrowing position" is appropriate to use
during a discussion on a particular problem that will encourage each student to express
his opinion, even if it contradicts the opinion of other participants in the conversation,
to substantiate his position or move to another at any time after conditions for giving
weighty arguments to convince students [19]. From the point of view of I.
Yavdoshenko, the method of "brain attack" is the most effective for collective work of
all students when collecting information on a certain topic, as well as for monitoring
the volume and depth of knowledge of students, developing their ability to substantiate
their opinion. On the proposal of Y. Yavdoshenko, "brain attack" can take place in
three stages: a) clear formulation of the problem issue and coverage of its recording to
the class on the screen; b) making suggestions by students and recording them for
further reference to them; c) discussion and evaluation of the proposed ideas. The "two-
four-all-together" method is a variant of cooperative learning and is based on the pre-
formed ability of children to work in pairs. According to I. Yavdoshenko, this method
should be used for the development of communication skills in the group, persuasion
skills and discussion. The teacher recommends organizing work using this method in
the following way according to the following algorithm: 1. Ask children questions for
discussing, discussing or analyzing a hypothetical situation. After explaining the
question or facts, give students 1-2 minutes to think about possible answers or decisions
individually. 2. Combine the children in a couple and ask them to discuss their ideas
among themselves; to warn that the couple must have agreed on a response or a
decision. 3. Merge the couple into the four and ask to discuss the previously made
decision to solve the identified problem; making a joint decision is obligatory. 4.
Combine the four into larger groups or go to a collective discussion of the problem
[ibid.].L. Mudra, a teacher from Zaporizhzhya, believes that interactive learning is the
best means for communication in a foreign language lesson. Teacher argues that for
effective use of interactive learning it is necessary to create the following conditions
for students: to arrange a speech contact; Announce conversation topic to formulate the
need for communication; to constantly provide speech support [20].L.Mudra
recommends using different ways of interaction between students and teacher with
students in order to organize communication work in the classroom and to form a
