of views and through discussions of compromises the group reaches an agreement; the
game "collect the kit"; activities for grouping into interests groups, joint holidays, etc.

CONCLUSION
Consequently, the peculiarities of the educational process at the new Ukrainian
school, envisaged by such normative educational documents as the concept and the
state standard, derive from the didactic achievements of world and national pedagogy.
in order to realize the tasks for the formation of the communicative competence of
junior pupils in the modern elementary school, it is necessary to take into account the
following:
- when studying subjects of the language-literary educational branch, it is
preferable to provide communication lessons that involve working in a dialogue form;
- it is advisable to organize the lessons of communication both during the lesson
and the extra time, carrying out active social and psychological training for the
development of such basic components of communicative competence as behavioral
and value-semantic;
- in order to fulfill the tasks of inclusive education and the development of
broadcasting of children with special needs, cooperation in the lesson of
communication not only with the teacher but also with the psychologist is desirable;
- an effective form of dialogue training is the organization of integrated lessons,
during which the formation of communicative competence takes place in various types
of activities such as speech, which includes listening, speaking, reading, writing, and
not speech, during which students gain experience in implementing a variety of
subject-practical actions, practiced in various arts, involved in research and creative
activity;
- the lessons of developing communicative skills differ from the traditional
lessons of coherent speech by their structure and methods, among which modeling and
solving of speech situations, analysis of speech behavior, and creative reflections
prevail;
- effective means of development of communicative activity of students are
interactive technologies and methods of teaching that involve the interaction of
students in pairs, triples and small groups for solving educational problems in various
types of game and educational activities.
