OBJECTIVES, TYPES, CONTENT AND FUNCTIONS OF PRACTICAL
TRAINING OF FUTURE TECHNICIANS-TECHNOLOGISTS IN THE
SPECIALTY “PRODUCTION OF BREAD, CONFECTIONERY,
PASTA AND FOOD CONCENTRATES”
Introduction. The actuality of the problem of practical training of future
technicians in the specialty “Production of bread, confectionery, pasta and food
concentrates” in colleges is primarily associated with factors that stimulate, on the one
hand, the intensive development of innovative production technologies in the food
industry, and the other is a necessity for the production of competent and mobile
professional subjects who are capable of offline taking weighted professional ones
solutions and successfully addressed. At the same time, one should keep in mind those
modern factors that stimulate significant changes in the professional education of all
European countries. These factors are:
- focus on the general culture and the implementation of common values for the
European civilization;
- the development of employability and cost-effectiveness;
- the strategy of a common “lifelong learning”;
- open dialogue and partnership of actors in the decision-making process and their
implementation, and in assessing the effects” [1p.49]. These factors are determined by
the Polish researcher Cheslav Banach for Poland, which are now relevant for Ukraine.
The next aspect of the problem relevance under study is due to the fact that in the
conditions of the labor market formation in Ukraine, professionally mobile competent
specialists are needed. A young specialist is difficult to take a worthy place in the
relations of production and to become their subject. It has been established that the
main reason that prevents them from becoming such a subject is insufficient practical
training. At the same time, the market feels the need for professionals who are
competent only in theory, but above all in the practical plane of professional activity.
Consequently, the goal of professional educational institutions should be not only the
training of specialists in sound theoretical knowledge, but also with values,
professionally important qualities and practical abilities as real subjects of professional
