methodological and material and technical conditions to ensure the practical
component of the training of any specialists in Ukraine, including and technologists.
A technologist is a technology specialist in a particular industry [31, p. 1245], and
technology is a body of knowledge, information about the sequence of individual
production operations in the process of producing something [32, p. 1295].
Accordingly, the technologist-technician in the specialty “Production of bread,
confectionery, pasta and food concentrates” is a qualified specialist, prepared for
professional activity at food industry enterprises, for production-technological,
organizational and managerial activities.
To improve the quality of their professional training in food industry colleges in
general and it is essential part - practical training - it is necessary to know the scientific
developments that were in pedagogical science and the current state and on the basis
of this to determine the problematic aspects that will constitute prospects for further
scientific research. To do this, you should clearly understand the content of the concept
of “practical training.” In table 1, we present the opinions of scientists, as they
understand it.
So, the analysis of these definitions shows that among scientists there is no
unanimity in understanding the meaning and purpose of practical training of future
specialists. At the same time, in the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" in Art. 51
formally legally enshrined the practical training of individuals who acquire higher
education:
1. Practical training of persons studying in higher educational institutions is
carried out by practicing them in enterprises, institutions and organizations in
accordance with the agreements concluded by higher educational institutions or in its
structural subdivisions that provide practical training.
2. Heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations are obliged to ensure the
creation of appropriate conditions for practical training in production, compliance with
rules and norms of occupational safety, occupational safety and industrial hygiene in
accordance with the law.
3. Practicing by a student is carried out in accordance with the legislation [41].
The most problematic and weak point for the management of vocational
educational institutions is paragraph 3 “The internship by the student is carried out in
accordance with the law”, which is not regulated by any regulatory documents in
Ukraine.
Only there is a formal order of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine dated
08.04.1993 p. No. 93 on the approval of "Regulations on the practice of students of
higher educational institutions of Ukraine" [42], on the basis of which each higher
education institution develops its own provision "On the practice of students".
