When their practical training is carried out qualitatively on a modern material and
technical basis in compliance with the basic pedagogical requirements for its
organization and conduct, it, as a rule, realizes the following functions:
1) value-motivational, since a student as a future technologist-technologist should
be aware of the values of professional activity, and when they are perceptive, then
automatically there is a development of motivation to acquire their profession,
becoming a professional;
2) educational:
- fostering respect for professional activities;
- education of love and respect for the profession as the first vital need and the
basis of professional self-actualization as a subject of professional activity;
- fostering a creative attitude to their work and profession;
- fostering autonomy and autonomy, that is, “professional subjectivity”, which is
based on self-awareness, self-determination, self-regulation, responsibility and
autonomy of a specialist (V. Yagupov) [49];
- education of professional ethics as a subject of professional being;
3) cognitive: there is a systematization and consolidation of theoretical
knowledge, the acquisition and the formation of practical knowledge;
4) molding: practical skills and abilities are formed, the basics of professional
ethics, professional behavior;
5) developing: all spheres of the psyche are developing - value-motivational,
cognitive, behavioral-activity, reflexive-diagnostic;
6) diagnostic: there is a diagnosis of both the quality of theoretical readiness and
the practical ability of a technician to the future professional activity.
CONCLUSION
1. Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature and dissertations, as well as
scientific and methodological sources shows that the problem of practical training of
future technicians at the present stage of development of vocational education becomes
acute and at the same time, on the one hand, remains insufficiently studied, and on the
other - The purpose of the content and the results of their practical training require a
systematic theoretical and methodological justification.
2. It was found out the contradictions in the process of practical training of future
technicians-technologists between:
- the requirements of the modern labor market for future technologists and the
insufficient level of development of the practical component of their professional
competence;
- between the need for high-quality practical readiness of future technicians-
technologists in colleges and the inadequate level of its regulatory support and support;
