CONCLUSION
Thus the first results of the started experimental teaching using information
technologies at the lessons of the Ukrainian language in the primary school prove the
positive influence of the innovations implementation on the educational process of
younger schoolchildren’s getting new knowledge and forming practical skills and
abilities in the language and speech themes, and forming the pupil’s personal
communicative competence.
Before the experimental teaching we made the questionnaire among the pupils,
which showed that primary school teachers had seldom used information technologies
at the lessons of the Ukrainian language up to that period.
We communication with the teachers of those forms and learnt that the main
reasons of the situation were absence of computers and interactive boards in the
primary school buildings, lack of the scientific methodical manuals on the problem of
the information technologies implementation for teaching the Ukrainian language in
the primary school. That induced us to look for the ways to raise teaching efficiency at
the lessons of the Ukrainian language using information technologies, in particular to
make computer tasks and exercises for younger schoolchildren and conducting the
pedagogical experiment.
Implementation of the information technologies in the primary school promotes
the development of the pupils’ skill for independent work, scientific search for the
necessary educative information connected with the newest approaches to solving
teaching and further scientific problems.
Thus the problem of the information technologies usage is actual; especially it
concerns the methods of teaching the Ukrainian language in the primary school. It is
necessary to further detect the information possibilities of the e-mail, e-textbooks and
creating the author’s computer programmes.
