pellets is carried out in a muffle furnace. The furnace should be heated to 800o S.
Briquett put on a layer of coke filling in pan and poured coke breeze on all sides. A
layer of filling cakes should not be less than 10 mm. Some of the cakes placed in a
muffle furnace, which is maintained for 30 min. Then pan take out laboratory tongs
and set to cool air for asbestos base.
After cooling cakes weighed again to determine the output of thermally hardened
material from the sample taken and weighing of raw bricks briquett.
After be tested in
a laboratory drum. Briquettes loaded into a laboratory drum diameter of 300 mm with
two shelves. The drum making briquettes with 100 turns. During the rotation of the
bricks exposed to the efforts being crushed and erase material wash it. All material
after stopping the drum is transferred to a system of sieves. Active scattering [10].
The faction that formed a sieve of 10 mm (> 10 mm), is weighed and evaluated
(in%) relative to the weight of a loaded drum briquettes. Results of a reduced (Table

CONCLUSION
The study can be concluded about the possibility of the proposed briquetting
solid fuels such as anthracite coals T brand with applied binder - coal tar, with
coefficients 18 g sample and 3.5 g binder of output 52.8 grams of the finished material
and its mechanical strength 66.8%. The data can be used to produce fuel pellets. For
fuel as feedstock for thermal power plants is recommended to combine primary and
secondary coal percentage of 50 × 50% receiving calorific value 7,173.4 kcal / kg as
