Indicators of the output of agricultural gross output (at constant prices in 2010)
per 100 hectares of agricultural land are confirmed the established tendencies of
agricultural production indices: during 1990-2015 the indicator never reached the level
of 1990. In 2015, compared to 1990, the indicator fell from 683.5 thousand UAH to
560.5 thousand UAH, or 18.0 % (Fig. 13).
The indicator of output of crop production per 100 hectares of agricultural land
increased from 351.7 to 394.2 thousand UAH (12.1 %) in 2015 compared to 1990.
Instead, the output of livestock production per 100 hectares of agricultural land
decreased by 49.9%: from 331.8 to 166.2 thousand UAH in 2015 compared to 1990.

The area of agricultural land is relatively constant indicator and the level of
production of crop production determines the level of productivity. However, in
livestock production, the main means are livestock, which can be increased or reduced
if necessary. Consequently, even with the growth of result indicators, the total output
of production can decrease if the decline in the number will outstrip productivity
growth at rates. The productivity of livestock and poultry in 2015, compared to 1990,
increased in all types of products, except for the shearing of wool per sheep (Table 4).
