How the SCIEMCEE system works from the viewpoint of a conference organiser (university department, faculty, etc.)

A SCIEMCEE science conference organising consists of two main phases, each of which is broken down into a number of steps:

I. Creation of the conference invitation

  • The conference organiser contacts a SCIEMCEE representative
  • The conference parameters are specified (date and content of the conference, conference committee, conference languages, etc.)
  • SCIEMCEE creates the conference invitation using a template or to suit the specific needs of the organiser

II. Administration of a SCIEMCEE system conference

  • The conference secretariat checks the applications (formal details)
  • The review process takes place before the conference
  • The different conference sections are moderated during the conference
  • The results of the conference (conference proceedings) are distributed after the conference
