with each other in order to avoid duplication in the process of all learning, take on top
priority. The training process for the training of future employees involves the gradual
assimilation of a number of disciplines that cover, within the scope of their subject,
various aspects of anti-crime activities in modern conditions. A special place here is
criminology, which is a specific educational discipline. It finds the "way out" data of
virtually all disciplines of the criminal-legal cycle. It is against the background of
criminalistics that solves the issues that require the involvement of information from
other disciplines of the criminal-law cycle, in particular, from criminal law, criminal-
executive law, criminal procedure, criminology, the theory of operative and
investigative activities and forensic expertise. In addition to this unit and along with
the study of criminology, future law enforcement officers acquire knowledge in the
field of legal psychology, forensic medicine, forensic psychiatry, judicial statistics,
judicial accounting. It is here that the reflection of forensic integration in the
educational process is most fully reflected during the course "Criminology".
A detailed study of the problems of criminology facilitates the consolidation of
the experience gained by students, cadets and students during the passing of the
industrial practice with the experience of a comprehensive solution of modern
problems in combating crime, stimulates theoretical reflection and further deepens it
in the educational process. It is in the depths of criminology that much attention is paid
to the practical development of the tactics of investigative actions, preparatory and
organizational measures, the interaction of the investigator with the operational units,
the rules of legalization of information obtained by operational search. Also, when
mastering forensic knowledge clearly illustrates the best international experience in
combating crime. In the study of criminology, students, cadets and students learn the
basics of forensic expertise.
Today in Ukraine there is a very solid and powerful domestic scientific basis for
teaching criminology at the level of the world's leading standards. This framework is
based on a thorough and comprehensive analysis of current crime prevention practices.
However, there is the difficulty of mastering students, cadets and students of forensic
knowledge. This complexity is the specificity of science, its integrational nature, as
well as its focus on solving complexes of specific practical needs of one or another law
enforcement agency for the purpose of the most effective investigation and disclosure
of crimes, and students, cadets and students now, in the majority, do not yet have
personal experience in this field.
In this sense, H. A. Matusovskyi made a significant contribution to solving this
problem. He noted that the training of specialists requires the development of
scientifically sound teaching methods based on such a field of knowledge as the
pedagogy of higher education. By themselves, the forensic scientific provisions that
are taught are well-absorbed by the students. However, the addition of this information
