CONCLUSION
Currently, the normative and legal base of higher education is being actively
updated in Ukraine, a number of conceptual normative acts are under development,
others are already being actively tested. It should be noted that in reforming the legal
field there are both positive and negative trends. All these changes in one way or
another affect the planning and organization of higher education institutions in general,
the process of training and training of future lawyers in particular. In this aspect, the
teaching of criminology is especially problematic.
There is a topical issue that needs an urgent and clear answer from forensic
science: how fully satisfies the current problems of practical activity, its course, which
obstacles exist for this and what are the ways of solving this issue. All these
circumstances characterize the modern process of obtaining forensic knowledge by
persons who must resolutely and effectively counter new professional crime and
contribute to the development of a truly law state in Ukraine.
