the need for the transition of Ukraine's military formations to a contractual way
of staffing and the lack of an educational process for its provision;
the need for the transition of Ukrainian military formations to NATO standards
and the lack of conditions for their implementation into the national system of military
education;
the need to revise the system of professional education of Ukrainian citizens in
the program of reserve officers training taking in the account the experience of combat
actions in the east of Ukraine and the lack of a definite list of future officers formed
competencies for this program which are necessary for the successful performance of
military and combat tasks in the area of the antiterrorist operation;
the coutrie's need in the training of military personnel and the absence of
anticipated funds from the state budget for military training of Ukrainian citizens under
the program of reserve officers training.
The purpose of the research is to determine the organizational and pedagogical
conditions for the formation of the readiness of future reserve officers for military
service on the basis of theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of the future
reserve officers` readiness of to engage in servce-combat activities.
Objectives of the study:
1) to define the essence and structure of future reserve officers` readiness for
military service;
2) to investigate the structure of the motivation of the Ukrainian citizens to enter
the training program for the preparation of reserve officers, and, if necessary, to
propose ways of its correction in the educational process;
3) theoretically justify the totality of organizational and pedagogical conditions
for the formation of readiness of future reserve officers for military service in the
process of professional training.
Formation of readiness of future reserve officers for military service in the
process of professional training as a scientific and pedagogical problem. The needs
of society, labor market and country in qualified specialists change over time and these
changes depend on economic, political and, as the experience shows, from the military
situation in the country. Requirements for military formations and law enforcement
agencies of special purpose (in particular, the tasks they perform, their organizational
and staff structures and numbers, the ways of their acquisition and professional
selection for military service, training of servicemen and their career growth) also
formed in a constantly changing environment. The variability of conditions, according
to the economic encyclopedia, is a deviation from stable values, fluctuations of the
parameters of the system, its individual elements and the environment.
One of such changes is a joint order of the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of
