Taking into account the abovementioned, we propose the following definition:
readiness of the future reserve officer for the military service - personal formation,
which is formed through a purposeful pedagogical influence on the formation of a
citizen's readiness to protect the Homeeland, before the military service in military
formations, and ensures coordination of knowledge about the content and the structure
of service-combat activity and the requirements of this activity to the state of health
and psychological state, the formed competencies of service and combat activity with
formed and comprehended by him in the process of development of capabilities and
needs.
According to the results of the conducted review, the structure of readiness of
future reserve officers for military service includes the following components:
motivational - understanding of the complexities of service and combat activities
and their overcoming, assessing their capabilities in managing mental state and actions
on the basis of gaining experience in military-combat activity;
functional - the formation and development of the necessary competencies, which
are required for work in conditions of military service;
