same time, a number of priority problems are been put forward to the forefront of 
pedagogical science and educational practice, the solution of which determines the 
success of all reforms carried out in General. One of the dominant problems of modern 
higher education is the problem of carrying out a complex of scientific and pedagogical 
research on the introduction and use of innovative technologies in the educational 
process, including information. 

Prerequisites for the development of cloud technologies and the specifics of 

their use. In the conditions of continuous growth of the volume of scientific 
information in our time is activated providing the sphere of education with the theory 
and practice of using Internet technologies. This is because according to the law of 
Ukraine "on education", the education system should provide an appropriate level of 
General and professional culture of the society. 

This raises the question of further integration of Ukrainian culture into the world 

information structure. 

From many sections of fundamental Sciences in the Internet has accumulated a 

huge amount of useful information that needs. It was been found and systematized with 
the use of search engines, and then directly used in the learning process. 

At a time when the spread of innovation is been increasingly arranged on the 

network principle, the network information interaction is becoming one of the most 
effective mechanisms for the development of scientific and educational activities and 
solving urgent problems of modernization of education, the development of virtual 
mobility in education [8, 10]. 

Examples of network services that is been successfully applied in educational 

activities are streaming media and video conferencing; in distance learning; web 2.0 
applications. The online classes to support professional development; online 
assessments and secure data presentation; multimedia applications and other 
applications that can also be studied independently, having access to them anywhere 
and at any time, using any mobile device, such as a netbook, tablet or even a 
smartphone and Internet access. 

For educational purposes, such services are most often used (some of them are 

still not widespread) [2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12, and 14]:
