American scientist K. Bonk in his book "the world is open: how web technologies
revolutionize education" [20] presenting a number of key trends of the open world that
affect the education system. Consider the main trends that shape the skills needed in
the 21st century and positively influence the creation and opening of many new
opportunities for educators.
1. Search on the Internet. The Internet is a repository in which almost everything
is open to access: information, e-books and documents, various libraries, resources and
applications, and the future teacher must be able to find the necessary information and
sources from all the diversity presented. Therefore, Internet search skills are important
components of ICT literacy in the digital world.
2. Blended learning. Internet resources put on a par with important reading and
writing skills, presentation and technology
Skills and based on this learning process should be compared with existing
hardware and software capabilities. Blended learning aims not only to communicate
face-to-face and group communication, but also to interact in real time using modern
computer technology.
3. Software with free/ open source (F / OSS (free / open – source - software)) [1].
The software developed within the framework of F / OSS can been used in educational
institutions within the framework of studying disciplines as an accompanying
component of the software, as well as for improving various skills (programming,
providing information using multimedia technologies, etc.).
4. Open Courseware. Massachusetts Institute of technology has become a major
provider of Open Course Ware. [19, 20] Educational materials contained in such
resources are quite useful in educational activities for future teachers of technology.
5. Educational training portals. The portals are now been quite developed and
allowed both studying new material and improving their knowledge in various subject
areas.

should be able to independently study to material necessary for their professional
development.
7. E-collaboration. Educational organizations develop e-cooperation skills using
appropriate tools (libraries, calendars, forums, plans, maps, etc.).
8. An alternate reality involving serious games. Games as one of the interactive
teaching methods also are been used in the educational process. They allow you to
model situations in real life, forcing you to look for and make decisions.

not able to attend educational organizations and institutions; you can teach in your free
