It should be noted that the emergence and mass spread of computer technology at 

the end of the last century played a major role in the evolution of cloud technologies. 
On the one hand, the emergence of personal computers for some time suspended the 
development of cloud technologies, because the computing power of large computers 
and machine time, provided for rent, were irrelevant. On the other hand, the massive 
spread of computer technology gave impetus to the development of network 
technologies and the integration of personal computers in the network, which became 
the basis for the further development of cloud technologies. 

Recent trends in the cloud services market indicate strong competition among 

cloud providers. Various large companies, such as Google and Microsoft, actively use 
the concept of «computing cloud». 

Several technological advances have contributed to the emergence and evolution 

of cloud technologies, including:
