THE NOOSPHERIC-INFORMATIONAL PARADIGM OF EDUCATION –
THE BASIS OF SUSTAINABLE AND HARMONIOUS DEVELOPMENT
OF THE NEW CIVILIZATION
Introduction. The intellectual horizon of the spiritual life of mankind with the
onset of the formation of theoretical knowledge was enriched by such a fundamental
phenomenon in its structural organization as education. It entered in a special
constituent of the complex of philosophical problems forming the intellectual horizon
of the corresponding type of civilizational structure of society. The analysis of history
of education allows claiming that it is not simply one of intellectual aspects of existence
of mankind; this is its vital necessity.
Theoretical knowledge is formed in the civilizational development of society
when its production acquires a character independent of practice. This knowledge is
objective according to contents, being result of targeted studying of the chosen object,
relies on concrete methodology. But the values developed by science needed to be
introduced in consciousness of society. And science needed such a "co-worker", and
such a social tool, whose task was to report its discoveries to the consciousness of
society. This "co-worker" was education. Consequently, education as a socio-cultural
phenomenon, rather than learning the skill of producing artifacts satisfying human
needs could not arise before the science. And today it can be argued that it is unlikely
that in the sphere of society's spiritual production there are treasures, equal in
importance as a science and education. These two interrelated spheres of intellectual
property of mankind reveal the movement of his inquisitive mind in the knowledge of
the secrets of nature and bringing them to the consciousness of society.
Education constantly expanding the contents was meaningfully by the nature and
introduction into the spiritual manifestation by mankind of the potential opportunities.
It is a noospheric by the nature, reflects the level of intellectual development of
mankind, and is the indicator of development of the material and spiritual production.
The spirituality "has always been understood as the value of culture. It has a
multidimensional nature. Its measurements are imprinted on all cultural phenomena –
all which is created by man in both material and spiritual culture. Any phenomenon of
