phenomenon in their dialogic interaction has not been explored.
And what is the new paradigm of education from the initial methodological
guidelines, what constituent architectonics should unconditionally unite the members
of the scientific and pedagogical community, be recognized by them as having social
significance. "The noospheric-informational paradigm is a qualitatively new level of
the formation of the innovative type of thinking of trainees, based on information
resources of the society and contributing on the basis of creative methodology and
achievements of modern science, the formation of a new level of individual and social
intelligence" [7, p. 313], its humanization. Proceeding from such an understanding of
the educational paradigm of the information civilization, we will reveal its basic
components.
Deterministic components of architectonics of the noospheric-informational
paradigm of education and the task of forming a "knowledge society". In the
architectonics of the new paradigm of education, determinative components include:
the intellectualization of education; its innovativeness; informatization and
humanization.
However, despite the fact that today it is difficult to objectively represent the level
of the new civilization development of mankind, it is difficult to determine the
noospheric power of this education paradigm, it is difficult to predict its results as to
what society expects most, yet it can be argued that such an understanding of the
paradigm explicitly expresses what is implicit in it. The new paradigm of education
should preserve all the positive aspects of the previous paradigms and anticipate future
demands of the society for education on the basis of the goals of all branches of
scientific knowledge.
The new paradigm should: create in a person that level of education that will allow
him to create such values of a new civilization that will meet the requirements of the
person and society of tomorrow. But for this, the education system must act
constructively, and not talk about actions: suggest how you can more successfully
acquire knowledge, and not talk about knowledge: teach a person to love science, and
not talk about love of science. In other words, education must be effective, practical,
and not narrative. These are the requirements of today's and tomorrow's noospheric
information education. Paraphrasing the famous thesis of Antoine de Saint-Exupery
that the meaning of the visible world is comprehended through culture, it can be argued
that the spiritual-semantic "loading" of a new civilization is comprehended through a
new paradigm of education.
In the course of implementing the new education paradigm, a noospheric
educational society is being formed. "The educational society," writes A.I. Subetto is
