preferences for earning a certain socio-cultural potential through the discovery of new
laws, properties, principles and effectiveness of the development of science and
education.
In the noospheric-informational paradigm of education, the core of innovative
development is innovative pedagogical activity. It is understood as an internal
transformation of the educational process; as a collective creativity; as a joint
movement towards the goal, having with the modern knowledge of the trainee. This is
"purposeful pedagogical activity based on the comprehension of one's own pedagogical
experience by means of comparing and studying, changing and developing the
educational process with the aim of achieving higher results of acquiring new
knowledge, introducing a qualitatively different pedagogical practice" [11, p. 220].
Determinative innovations in pedagogical activity are: innovations in
management activities for the training of highly qualified personnel; innovations in the
content and methodology of education; innovations in education technologies. Here
they acquire a unique quality of the social mechanism, thereby modelling the
appearance of the future social order and the entire range of the relationship of man
with nature and society.
Thus, the analysis of the innovativeness of the new paradigm of education shows
its qualitative difference from previous paradigms, and that this component of the
formation of a new civilization is a strategic trend of its development.
The fundamental component of the intellectual-innovative type of thinking of
subjects of educational reality is the exponential growth of information and its rapid
introduction into the information turnover, the development of information
technologies and the processes of informatization of society. Since the middle of the
twentieth century, when the doctrine of information became prevalent in the system of
scientific knowledge, there arose the possibility of asserting the formation of
information education. This education becomes more diverse in terms of semantic
content, is closely related to work, and in connection with the kaleidoscopically
changing reality is forced to continue all life. Undoubtedly, every society produces and
has information. The doctrine of it is one of the main components of the matrix of the
new civilization. "On the basis of this component, informatization processes are being
developed; information resources, information technologies and the corresponding
structure are being formed. Together they form the information sphere, which is the
intellectual and technological basis of society "[12, p. 226].
As the educational process is an information act, it makes sense to dwell on
informatization processes. Informatization is a socially-active system process of
purposeful mastering of information and intellectual resources worked out by mankind
aimed at changing specific objects of social reality, maintaining the awareness of all
members of society on the basis of innovative technologies.
