determine the preparation and upbringing of the future specialist as a creative
personality.
The tasks facing the new education paradigm for its humanization are quite a lot.
It is necessary to emphasize: the elimination of distortions that develop between
humanitarian and technical disciplines, strengthening the humanitarian training of a
specialist, bearing in mind that humanistic education is understood as a way of
constructing human existence, a universal way of solving ideological tasks; formulate
an effective alliance between all branches of knowledge – humanitarian, natural and
technical; realize the instrumentally humanistic ideal as a concentrated expression of
humanistic values, and not only conceptually beautifully write about it; promote the
realization of the attributive properties of the personality – the desire of the mind to
cognition, activity, self-affirmation; need for communication; striving for freedom, for
language culture; really protect the rights of the creative person to intellectual property,
etc.
The solution of these problems will contribute to the formation of an innovative
and humanistic worldview, to contribute to the realization of the main task of the
strategic installation of a new education – the human education. The power of
humanization has always been that it liberates a person, frees him from the ignorance.
Knowledge of the individual takes on an incomparable power when it is multiplied by
high morality, when it is warmed by the ideals of humanism, of humanity. Expressing
his credo in the work of the Planet of Men, Antoine de Saint-Exupery wrote: "Man is
the yardstick of all values, a communication centre and if the ties break, if the smile
goes out, then something has gone wrong in the world, so we need to understand what
cause and try to remove from the path everything that prevents a person from being a
Man "[13, p. 5]. At the same time, he believes that "there is only one task for mankind
in the whole world in our unique time, to turn people to spiritual, cultural life" [13, p.
5].
The formation of a new educational paradigm solves the problem of creating
deterministic conditions for the transition to the "knowledge society". What does it
represent? This is a fractal object that possesses "the properties of self-similarity and
scale invariance, as well as the internal processes of its self-organization. With these
methodological guidelines, the "knowledge society" can be explicated as a unique
intellectual and informational form of the social system, based on the information
resources of the society, the new noospheric-informational paradigm of education, on
the requirements of the cluster approach in continuous education, ensuring the fusion
of traditions of quality and the dynamics of innovations in the educational sphere "[14,
p. 72].
