4. The content of the determining components of the new education paradigm is
fairly objectively and thoroughly revealed: intellectuality, innovativeness,
informatization and humanization.
5. The new paradigm of education is justified as the foundation for the formation
of the "knowledge society", which is explicated as a unique intellectual and
informational form of social structure, based on the information resources of the
society; the new noospheric-informational paradigm of education on the requirements
of continuing education that ensure a fusion of traditions of quality and innovation
dynamics in educational reality.
