In table 1 shows a comparison of two variants of water use for corn for grain. The
ecological efficiency of the application of the method can be determined on the basis
of comparison of the volumes of water supply with two methods of water use.

For an environmentally efficient method of water use, the water requirement is
always less or equal to the biologically optimal water requirement. The difference ΔM
shows a decrease in the anthropogenic load on soils, which is environmentally
expedient (Table 1).
The social effectiveness of the method lies in the fact that water users can
effectively interact with water suppliers and conduct agricultural production in
