small tract motility. Our data indicate that there is also a noticeable decrease in the
number of other types of species.
Thus, the results of our many years of field research indicate a significant
impoverishment of the diversity of insects-horticons of the horticultural landscapes of
the forest-steppe Ukraine and confirm the numerous literary evidence regarding the
global crisis of biodiversity. According to the results of analytical studies, it has been
established that the dominant and constant entomofauna of forest and shrubland
plantations of the forest lands at the end of the 20th century included 854 species.
Taxonomically, the diversity of the entomophase consisted of 13 rows, which included
136 families. The largest number of families had rows: Lepidoptera – 39, Coleoptera –
31, Hymenoptera – 15, Homoptera – 14.
With regard to the species richness of families, the largest number of species had
families: Ipidae – 65, Curculionidae – 63, Cerambycidae – 51, Tenthredinidae – 40,
Chrysomelidae – 39, Buprestidae – 38. These families accounted for 34.8 % of all
species of entomological diversity.
Dendrobionts. Faunistic studies have made it possible to determine the status of
biodiversity species of insect dendrobionts of the forest lands of Ukraine. It is
established that the available entomofauna dendrobionts includes 480 species
belonging to 113 families of 12 rows. The largest number of families has a series of
Lepidoptera – 32. The Coleoptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Hemiptera are less
numerous – 26, 17, 13, 12 families, respectively. The number of species is dominated
by a number of Coleoptera – 197 species. Less numbered rows Lepidoptera,
Hemiptera, Diptera - 148, 43, 35 species, respectively. The largest number of species
belongs to the family: Curculionidae – 46, Geometridae – 25, Noctuidae – 24. 49
families of the ecological group of entomophonies have the 1st species.
The analysis shows that in the taxonomic structure of the entomocomplex of
dendrobions in recent decades there have been some changes. Thus, a comparison of
the taxonomic structure of the known and present entomological diversity of insect
dendrobionts suggests that the number of families in the rows of Lepidoptera,
Coleoptera and Homoptera has decreased from 39 to 32, from 31 to 26, from 14 to 6,
respectively. However, the numbers of Diptera and Hemiptera families remain stable.
The results of research on the species diversity of the insect dendrobionts of the
agrolandscapes of the forest-steppe Ukraine are shown in Fig. 3. As can be seen from
the data presented, the index of species diversity prevails in the Coleoptera series. In
the past, it had 368 dominant and definite species, and now the number of species was
reduced to 197. In the rows of Lepidoptera, Homoptera, Hymenoptera and Diptera,
there was also a decrease in the number of species, respectively, from 205 to 148, from
88 to 17, from 78 to 32, and from 56 to 35.
