of the appropriate economic and social programs; to define clear limits to the
implementation of specific reforms.
Current direction: to revitalize the financial regulatory and law enforcement
agencies with the shadow flows and corruption; to optimize existing social norms; to
strengthen the role of NGOs in the mechanisms of formation and disbursement of funds
to households, including sending workers on forced leave without pay; arrange
payments of social benefits.
CONCLUSION
The household income is an important socio-economic indicator of social
development of any country and their differentiation leads to stratification on a
property principle. The study identified the level of this differentiation, which, in
general, does not reflect domestic realities in comparison with official statistical data.
Scientific novelty of the study is the classification of household income, which is
obtained taking into account the views of local scientists and analysis of the income
structure and the peculiarities of differentiation of these revenues.
The theoretical value of the studies lies in the fact that taking into account these
features for the implementation of social reforms will contribute to reducing the level
of income difference of households according to universal principles of justice.
Practical value is determined by the developed proposals in two areas – strategic
and current, aimed at the formation of household income with a view to their
optimization.
The results of the study include the economic and social effect.
The economic one lies in the fact that the investigated peculiarities form
conditions that reduce the level of income differentiation of the population by
optimizing the mechanisms of these revenues obtaining which will contribute to the
reduction of shadowing in pay, an increase in official income, which together will
increase the budget revenue.
The social impact will manifest itself in the formation of more sophisticated social
norms that will positively transform society in the direction of common European
principles of social justice.
Taking into account that the income of households in Ukraine, comparable with
the volume of GDP, significantly affects the socio-economic condition of the society,
there is a need to continue research in this area.
