Statistical processing of the obtained results was carried out using the methods of
variation statistics. Reliability was determined by the Student’s test criterio, taking into
account the limit of validity: p≤0,05; р≤0,01, р≤0,001.
Results and discussion. The study of the influence of pharmazin and
tilotsiklinvet on the productivity of broiler chickens, and the slaughter assessment of
poultry in the system of veterinary and sanitary examination, is just the another method
to investigate the influence of antibiotics of the macrolide group on the body of broiler
chickens [14].
Indicators of the average daily gain of a live weight of broiler chickens when
using pharmazin and tilotsiklinvet. According to the methodology regulations, a
periodic weighing on the 1, 7, 14, 28, 38 and 42 days of the experiment (Table 1, 2)
determined a daily average and total gain of a live weight of chickens.

The data presented in Tables 1 and 2 indicate that at the beginning of the
experiment the live weight of broiler chickens was practically the same. However, after
the use of pharmazin and tilotsiklinvet with a prophylactic purpose, in the first three
days of life, the body weight of broiler chickens began to increase, compared with
control groups.
On the 7th day of the experiment, the live weight of broiler chickens in the
experimental group (pharmazin) exceeded the body weight of the bird of the first
control group by 11,0%, and the live weight of the broiler chickens of the second
experimental group (tilotsiklinvet) was higher than the indicator in the second control
group by 14,1%. In addition, during the whole experiment period, a significant increase
in the live weight of broiler chickens in experimental groups was observed, compared
to the control ones (p≤0,05). The average daily gain of broiler chickens of the first
