experimental group exceeded the live weight of the bird of the second control group
by 10,2%. The results of the study are based on the indicators obtained in control
groups (р≤0,001). Therefore, the average daily gain of broiler chickens in both
experimental groups was by 0,8 and 4,8% higher than that of the chickens of the first
and second control groups.
At the end of the experimental study, on the 42nd day (antibiotics have already
been used for 5 days), we carried out a re-weighing, which showed a tendency to a
body weight increase in experimental groups. The average daily gain decreased
somewhat as we determined it within 4 days. The live weight of broiler chickens in the
first experimental group (pharmazin) exceeded the body weight of the poultry of the
first control group by 10,3%; and the weight of the bird of the second experimental
group (tilotsiklinvet) was by 11,9% higher than the similar indicator of the second
control group. Increase in a body weight of broiler chickens in both experimental
groups was significantly higher compared to control groups (р≤0,001), and was by 17,2
and 32,1% higher than those of the first and second control groups.
Veterinary and sanitary examination of the slaughter products of broiler
chickens after the pharmazin and tilotsiklinvet usage. After analyzing the data
obtained, we conclude that antibiotics have a stimulating effect on the body of the
poultry, improve metabolism, the body weight is increased as a result, the productivity
of the bird improves. The use of antibiotics can largely replace the poultry need for a
feed with less deficient analogue, without causing a negative effect on the growth and
development. The use of preparations of tylozine prevents the death of young, prevents
digestive disorders and the emergence of other diseases. At first glance, it seems that
the use of antibiotics for broiler chickens is extremely effective and cost-effective,
since it allows you to obtain additional poultry products without much added cost.
However, it should be noted that the uncontrolled use of antibiotics in large doses,
non-compliance with the rules of use and their withdrawal period leads to their
accumulation in poultry products and may pose a danger to consumers. Therefore, in
order to provide a more accurate coverage of the data and to substantiate the findings,
we believe it is always necessary to conduct a veterinary and sanitary examination of
the broiler chicken slaughter products, especially when using biostimulants, in
particular – antibiotics.
It should be noted that the issue of veterinary and sanitary examination of products
of broiler chickens slaughter after the use of antibiotics of the macrolide group with a
prophylactic purpose is not studied sufficiently. Therefore, we decided to carry out a
detailed analysis of the pre-slaughter inspection of poultry and the veterinary and
sanitary examination of the products of broiler chickens slaughter after the pharmazin
and tilotsiklinvet usage.
