Income D(t) should be applied as an initial criterion. Income is the most important
indicator of technical system operation. It expresses financial benefits from all types of
technical system activities. It is expressed by a very complicated functional relation
(e.g. Fig. 9). To date, forecasting methods for such criterion are available.
Functional relation between technical system’s cost alteration Q (Fig. 9) is
defined as the second criterion. Generally it is expressed by its functional state
alteration.
