Distances from the devices for pouring out and pouring in of railway or motor-car
tanks to the buildings and constructions of an enterprise mustn’t be less than 15 m,
except buildings and constructions of G category, the distance to them mustn’t be less
than 40 m.
Pouring out of winematerials is allowed on one area of the railway gauge only
with separate pouring out and pouring in devices and pipelines.
Introduction of railway gauges into the premises of A and B categories is not
allowed.
It is banned to surround the areas, overpasses and platforms for loading and
unloading of fuel, tableware, packages and so on, within dead-end siding railway
gauges for receiving alcohols.
Requirements to volumetric and planning and constructive decisions
Production and storage buildings of A and B categories must meet the
requirements of the 1

; 2
nd
and 3
rd
degrees of fire resistance [15]. Buildings of the 1
st
and the 2
nd
degrees of fire resistance are allowed to design with 3 storeys, and of the
3
rd
A degree – with 1 storey.
Premises of A and B categories should be located near outer walls, and in
multistory buildings – on the upper floor. It’s banned to design suspended ceilings in
them. Premises of A and B categories are not located directly over or under the
premises, designed for simultaneous staying of more than 50 people. It’s not allowed
to locate production and storage premises of A and B categories on the ground floort
and basement as well as in the buildings with attics.
In front of the lifts in the premises of A and B categories it is foreseen to make
platform-sluices of the 1
st
type with constant prop of the air not less than 20. The doors
of platform-sluices from the side of the lift shafts are made of materials without glazing
non-flammable. Engine-rooms of the lifts are also provided with constant prop of the
air.
The floors in the premises of A and B categories are made of non-flammable
materials with covering which doesn’t create sparks. Inclines of the floors to ladders
are made with 0,1-0,2 % incline. Under-floor canals (for laying of the communications)
are filled up with sand or any other non-flammable material for making impossible
accumulation of vapours of HIL or liquids in them.
Storage building with shelving preserving of barrels with height of preservation
more than 5,5 m must have torches or ventilating shafts on the roof for smoke
removing. In the zone of arrangement of cross passages between shelving’s, doorways
in the outer walls should be foreseen.
