from the equipment must be carried out in a closed way with break of the flow. Every
sewer discharge must have stretching ventilating standpipe, fixed in the heated part of
the building and taken out beyond the roof of the building by not less than 1,0 m.
The necessity of local purification of sewer discharges is solved in every separate
case, depending on their composition for impossibility of creating of highly explosive
concentrations in sewerage system.
Removing of atmospheric precipitation and contaminated water resulting from
cooling of reservoirs during the fire from the brought down territory of alcohol
storehouse, is carried out through rain-wells, which are linked up, through outlets with
hydroseals, to the system of production and rain sewerage. At sewer outlets, a dry well
with a shutter, which is put into motion from the places, which are outside bringing
down, is mounted from storm-water inlets. Working position of the shutter is closed.
And the dry well is located between a storm-water inlet and a well with a hydroseal.
The capacity of the sewerage system is calculated taking into account total
reception of sewage from production buildings and the water from the destroyed
territory of reservoirs in the volume of 50 % from the calculated expenses for cooling
of the reservoirs, diluting of the alcohol and its extinguishing during the fire.
It is banned to locate the wells within sewerage system under overpasses of the
technological pipelines, within beadings of the equipment of the outer plants, which
contain HIL.
In the premises of locating shutters of power supply and automation, the pipes of
water supply system are not established and cabinets for fire-cocks aren’t located in
them.
The systems of air heating, ventilation and conditioning of the air are designed
separately for each group of premises of A, B and C categories. The temperature of a
heat-carrier in the systems of heating with local heating appliances of the premises of
A and B categories not less than 150C during water heating with regulating according
to a heating schedule and 130C during water vapour or water heating with constant
temperature. All heating appliances with smooth surface are protected by the screens
from incombustible materials, which are mounted at the distance of 0,1 m from the
device. The screens must be changeable or must have dampers, which are open for
cleaning from dust.
Heating in the premises of automation panels is expected to be only air or electric.
In the premises of A and B categories, a constantly operating forced and exhaust
ventilation with mechanic or natural stimulus, or a mixed one, is designed. It must
provide a negative balance of air (exceeding of air exhaust over inflow).
Emergency exhaust ventilation is mounted with locating of the devices for
removing the air from the premises in immediate proximity to the place of a possible
