It isn’t allowed to lay or cross the pipelines of heating, heat supply and HIL in one
canal.
Ventilation equipment except equipment of air and air-heat screens, can’t be
located in immediate proximity to servicing premises of the storehouses of A and B
categories. Premises for establishing of the exhaust systems of the premises of A and
B categories relate to the category of premises of highly explosive and fire-dangerous
ones, which they serve. Repair works aren’t done in them, thermal sites aren’t
organized, water pumps aren’t established, etc.
Transit air-pipes for the systems which serve the premises of A and B categories,
as well as systems of emergency and antismoke ventilation, must be solid, of “P” type,
with the fixed border of fire-resistance. They are banned to be laid through staircases,
transformer substations, accumulator and other premises of electrotechnical purpose
and control panels.
For buildings and premises, equipped, with the units of automatic extinguishing,
automatic interlocking of ventilation systems, systems of conditioning and air heating,
as well as systems of smoke removing is provided.
All heating and ventilation equipment, pipelines, metallic air pipes, designed for
premises of A, B and C categories are grounded by connecting in one circuit.
Power supply of pumping stations of fire-preventive water supply, emergency
exhaust and antismoke ventilation, units of fire safety signaling, units of automatic fire
extinguishing, systems of notification about the fire must be carried out according to
the first category of reliability.
The zone above breathing valves is protected with separate rod lightning arresters,
mounted on the roof with breathing valves.
Nowadays, harmonization of Ukrainian legislation, according to the European

Class F – burning of substances which are used for preparing food (vegetable and
organic oils and fats) and those ones which are contained in kitchen appliances.
