result, as of 08.08.2017, 42 land lots with a total area of 841 hectares are included in
the list of state-owned land plots, the rights to which are put on land deals (auctions)
with the intended purpose "for conducting organic production". Today, such land plots
are formed in 11 regions of Ukraine (Mykolayiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Chernigiv, Poltava,
Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kirovograd, Transcarpathian, Lugansk and Donetsk) (Pic.
2).

The number of land plots is dominated by Mykolayiv, Lviv and Vinnitsa regions,
with the area of land - Mykolaiv region, it is important to note the presence of the main
factor - the availability of environmentally friendly lands. Therefore, according to
calculations V.I. Kisilia [10], who identified three agrofondes on the criterion of the
suitability of the territory of Ukraine for the cultivation of environmentally friendly
agricultural products, almost a third of the territory of the country is suitable for the
development of this trend in agribusiness.
For the national agrarian sector, organic agriculture has a number of strategic
advantages, which scientists divide into three groups: social, economic and
environmental [11, 12].
The most economical advantages are: at the macroeconomic level:
- growth of the country's GDP due to the transition to high-quality organic
production with the use of deep processing technologies;
