The chemical composition of the raw material, which we propose to use to
develop the composition of extruded grain products presented in tabl. 2
Taking into account that in the process of processing, which undergoes all
components of the formulation there is a partial loss of nutrients, in the values of the
benchmark (restriction on the introduction of components) was introduced an
amendment that allows for the partial destruction of amino acids, vitamins and minerals
[25].

Table 3 shows the minimum and maximum allowable values of the mass fraction
of the main nutrients (in accordance with the formula of balanced nutrition) in the
finished product.
