The Fig. 1 shows the scheme of occurrence of the difference of electric potential
on the border metal-solution due to electrochemical reactions.
Thus it is proved that as
a result of magnetic treatment of water it turns into a monomolecular system, that is, it
becomes an electrolyte. The emergence of the electric double layer corresponds to the
principle of the Stern model when in the water due to the adsorbed ions on the metal
surface the binding energy of the solution with the surface adsorbed layer increases and
distance of the contact surface compared with the electric double layer of magnetized
water decreases. Electrochemical transformation creates the possibility of movement
of magnetized water in those micro capillaries where of water can't move. It should be
noted that the obtained results allow us to conclude on the appropriateness contributing
to the performance of the reagent-free water treatment in the electromagnetic field. This
conclusion is based on stability and high efficiency of the proposed water technology.
It also characterizes the energy of chemical reactions, the reactivity of substances
of material flows of industrial water in the system due to the actions of reagent-free
method of water treatment. It can be noted that the theoretical concept of interaction of
micro particles in electromagnetic fields has been studied [4]. The proposed model of
technical water structure [1] is also emphasized in the model of the existence of rotor
interaction between particles and atoms in Fig. 2 [4]. The strength of the magnetic
coupling of the proton decreases, which allows the molecule to be prone to dissociation
at constant temperature, pressure.

In Figure 3, the model of the associate, volumetric, with 5 molecules of water,
developed taking into account the model of Fig. 2, is given. Dots show hydrogen bonds
between molecules. It can be seen that the water molecule can have up to four hydrogen
bonds. A very high increase in the efficiency of the installation with the use of magnetic
fields can be estimated with the help of known dependencies of the hydrogen indicator
of the liquid temperature.
And the biotic component of material flows, as a result of the interaction of micro
particles (organic, non-gratic and biological nature), ensures the interconnections
