Analysis of the table data allows us to state that the catalytic properties of water
in the conditions of application of reagent-free water treatment (in electromagnetic
fields) under optimal operating conditions of the TEO systems reach the norms of
technological regulations.
Data analysis indicates that the magnitude of catalytic activity of material flow is
changed in the direction of its changes of ordering (self-organization) of heating, what
is potentially possible in case of biological deterioration of pipeline. This is both an
ecological and an anthropogenic-technical phenomenon. This provision forms the basis
of the ecological concept of bio-formation. This is confirmed by the fact that in the
conditions of critical modes of operation (maximum load on the parameters and their
indicators) in the system is the formation of environmental hazards (table.1). At the
same time, the optimum technological regimes of work of the TEO such phenomena
do not exist. That is, the comparative modes (optimal and critical) of operation of the
TEO allow to establish technologically acceptable modes of operation of heat supply
systems of the TEO. Technical capabilities of the device "Ilios-M" allow to obtain the
output parameters of magnetized water with the necessary quantitative values of their
characteristics to ensure optimal conditions for reagent-free water treatment in EMF.
At the same time, it should be noted that the development and use of integrated
indicator systems allow to determine the effect of EMF on the state of material
indicators at the level of their structural and functional characteristics, which is the
reaction of the heat of the TEO system to these changes (technogenic-caused material
magnetized flow) in the form of specific Thus, electromagnetic flow is an
anthropogenic-technical phenomenon [17]. And the process of bio-formation arises
and exists due to the interaction of two components that are associated with
environmental and anthropogenic-technological factors.
