over the same period, and in the reporting year it was only 5.6%. The latter suggests
that trust in the banking system is declining, so the population decided to invest earned
money in real estate.

It was almost no investment carried out by mortgage loans of foreign banks and
the State Budget. This is a reflection of the unfavorable investment climate in Ukraine
and it needs to be solved at the state level. [4, p.259]
By types of economic activity, capital investments were distributed as follows: in
the first place - these are investments in industry, in the second place - in construction,
and in the third - in agriculture. This is if we consider the average value of the dynamic
year for the analyzed period (table 3). In the reporting year the picture with places
slightly changed. In the second place is agriculture with a specific weight of investment
of 20.2% of the total, in the third place is construction (12.7%) and in the first is
industry with 22.4%. The share of the last and penultimate types of economic activity
in the dynamics decreased by 16.5% and 15.4% respectively, while agriculture grew
by 5.1%. This indicates an increase of interest of agricultural production.
Capital investment is a process that took place and presented in economic
transactions through capitalized costs of property and intellectual property
accumulated from various resources to form or increase the value of non-current
