SOCIO-ECONOMIC TENSION:
CONFLICTS AND TRANSFORMATION OF SOCIETY
Introduction. The future of society directly depends on its past and present time.
Estimating the state in which society is now, and also those pre-conditions which
resulted in this state, it is possible to forecast it’s both nearest and further future. Today
becomes clear reasoning everybody, that human civilization is in a deep crisis, and in
the near future it is expected by scale social, economic, political, natural and other
indignations.
Undoubtedly, the main reason for bringing society to such a state is the struggle
of monopolies, great capital for new profits and for power. However, the more
profound cause of the socio-economic collapse is not in purely economic or political
spheres, but in a misunderstanding of the deep socio-economic interconnections of the
coexistence of people, the spread of the principles of the "society of consumption",
which leads to the decline of the civilizational foundations of the existence of mankind.
Ukrainian society is currently undergoing processes of social rebirth of a nation
that has passed many countries of the world. And the main conclusion drawn from this
experience is that all the changes and transformations that take place in the modern
civilized world are carried out under the conditions put forward by socio-economic
tension in society [1]. At the same time, the necessary condition for the successful
advance, through the establishment of an open and democratic society, is the
preservation of socio-economic stability and order in the country and its regions.
That is, social tension is considered as a specific, very sensitive indicator of the
crisis state of society, which reflects the level, depth of contradiction of interests, values
and such other representatives of different social groups, strata, society as a whole.
However, first and foremost, this is an indicator that should characterize a steady and
sure development forward.
A characteristic feature of the socio-economic development of Ukraine is the
