in which its members are not configured to seek a common solution to a problem cannot 
be transformed into a social dialogue. In this case, there is a destructive communication 
that leads to an increase in social tension, further open protests and, ultimately, to the 
destruction of the socio-economic system.

In the case of implementing a positive scenario - a constructive conflict - 

productive communications lead to the formation of a sustainable social dialogue 
between the parties to the conflict, and, eventually, their effective interaction 
contributes to the formation of social partnership. 

Socio-historical conflicts ask for a change in world paintings and trends in socio-

cultural situation. Transitional positions from a zone of activity types in historical 
conflicts - this is the position of the organizer, manager and manager and the 
intermediate, which provides the manager and relates research and design work. The 
designer and manager communicate methodologically organized thinking with 
situations that are the area of the spread of conflicts of individuals, layers of the 
population or social groups in society. 

A certain form of social development is social contradiction. They are the 

relations of unity and struggle of social actors who have opposing interests because of 
the shortage of social benefits. This is not the unity and struggle of the interests of these 
subjects, namely, the unity and struggle of the actors themselves on the basis of 
opposing interests. Consequently, a certain catalyst for the development of social 
relations can be considered social conflicts and ways of their solution (Fig. 2). 

Social connections inherent in society, as a complex system and integral 

education, are stable and reproduced in the historical process, moving from one 
generation to another. Each individual, when born, finds the decorated structure of the 
previously formed ties and as their socialization [16, p. 213-233] is included in it, 
assimilates at that time accessible to people knowledge and values, which in the future 
determine the norms of his behavior.
