rigid models. Therefore, such transformations are recommended to be carried out in
small countries, where the period of social management should be rather short (for
example, there is the Czech Republic);
the model of "shock therapy" - the most rigid variant of transformation, which
involves radical administrative destruction, central planning system, the power of the
market economy, accelerated transition of state ownership to the hands of private
individuals, which virtually become the owners of the capital of the country and thus
receive the main administrative levers of management. At the same time, the
population of the country must realize that for these transformations, it must pay great
social and economic losses. (Poland is an example, however, if this country quickly
overcame its socio-economic impoverishment through the help of the Western powers
and the small scale of its territory, then from the example of other countries, including
the Russian Federation and other CIS countries - can not be called positive);
The "romantic" model has a rather low socio-economic potential for the
development of creativity and self-organization of the population. Such a model may
facilitate the transition to new transformations only at the beginning of their
implementation and will be of interest to countries already in a transition economy;
an authoritarian model that involves the transition from the previous political
regime to the authoritarian one, after which the social system retains its essential
dependence on the state. (Examples of such models are Central Asia, Transcaucasia
and Malaysia);
the democratic model is based on a developed system of democratic political
institutions that promote the development of a market economy, privatization
processes, and the control of the state. The democratic type of transformation is
currently the most massive and inherent in the countries of Western Europe, which
proves its authoritative experience and suggests that this way can only be achieved
through positive transformations in society and gaining trust and support from these
countries.
the state model - is aimed at building the state and defending its own national
interests at the world level. At the same time, the external influence on the national
culture, traditions, world outlook of the population is substantially limited. Such
transformations can only be achieved by countries with high development potential.
(This transformation model is currently taking place in China).
Diagnosis welfare of the population: a multi-level level. Diagnostics of the
welfare of the population at the world level is carried out through a comprehensive
assessment of the most important integral economic indicators of the state of the
country regarding external and internal parameters: the index of human development,
the index of intellectual potential of society, human capital per capita, the coefficient
of viability of the population, minimum per capita income, GDP per capita, the share
