If by the medical-demographic characteristics and indicators characterizing the
living conditions of the population in 2015, positive changes are presented in the vast
majority of the regions, the situation in the sphere of employment and material security
shows a slight improvement only in certain territories. In most regions, the negative
influence of factors in these areas has intensified, creating an unfavorable situation in
