also on the fact that it is implemented precisely and meets as many requirements as 
possible. 

6. Strategic moves may be done alone or in an alliance. However, in the alliance, 

it's a pain to win in terms of saving time, increasing efforts, applying other experiences 
and reducing costs. Therefore, the decision to work in the alliance should be taken after 
choosing a strategy, but such alliances must meet all the criteria and conditions of work 
alone. 

7. It is necessary to adhere to the rules of conducting any attacks in the conditions 

of internationalization and globalization. In such a situation, the use of work in the 
alliance is most appropriate, based on additional geographic barriers, national traditions 
and scale of action. 

8. The overall success of strategic maneuvering depends on the ability to follow 

the rules of choosing time, mode of action and means of implementation. Playing with 
the above rules is always a guarantee of success, even in uncertainty. 

One of the key aspects that determines the success or positivity of transformations, 

which signals the reduction of socio-economic tension in society and the settlement of 
conflict situations, may be positive products of indicators that characterize the overall 
development of society or reduce the lagging behind the state, European and world) 
benchmarks. That is, if you use the conventional notation on Fig. 10, then the positive

Each state of the transformation of society (TC) is a productive vector with a set 

of certain indicators, which are improved due to transformational shifts from the state

A. Evaluate efficiency. Today, everyone can evaluate their effectiveness, ranging 

from financial managers to an average citizen. However, one thing is to have an 
assessment of the effectiveness of the existing world standards of living conditions and 
quality of life, and the other - their perception of the population by the indicators of
